Good teachers are special. Great teachers are memorable. I’m among a large group who are grateful for them.

If you, or your kids, have remarkable teachers and coaches, consider acknowledging their excellent work on Teacher Appreciation Day (May 6, 2014). It’ll surely bring a smile. And, perhaps, help gird them for the more of the many challenges they face.

Do they look a little stressed?

Sometimes their charges cause this stress s.  If your kid is one of them pay close attention to this section!

WHO WAS ONE OF YOUR BEST TEACHERS AND WHY?

One of mine: My Advanced English teacher. She encouraged me to form thoughtful opinions and voice them. She was the first, unbiased fan of my writing; and though in her late 30’s/early 40’s (old us high schoolers), Mrs. “Saw” was fun, spontaneous; and pushed me to join, participate, seize opportunity and most of all have a great time. She radiated a perpetually sunny disposition.  She’s just one. I had others who were excellent influences in my life, which is why I LOVE teachers!

We LOVE find  deals and Frugalista gifts that will delight and not break the budget. All  so you don’t have to. You just have to know who your recipients are. We hope you find the perfect fit or at least get some perfect ideas for your traveler.

HAPPY FRUGALISTA SHOPPING! Thanks for coming by!
